Product Description
The materials on the single input conveyor belt are dynamically distributed to the output lines of multiple lanes according to the preset rules through the servo motor-driven precision lane-splitting mechanism, which is equipped with clamping and positioning, photoelectric counting, and touch-screen programmable control in the whole process.

1.Single power conveyor belt, uniform speed conveying materials (round bottles/square bottles/square boxes, etc.)
2.High-precision photoelectric sensor is installed at the entrance to trigger material position detection and system response.
3.Splitting mechanism is servo-driven screw module + swing arm mechanism. Switching speed ≤ 0.5S.
The material arrives at the lane-splitting area → the clamping device fixes the material → the servo module receives the PLC command.
The slide moves laterally to push the material precisely into the target channel (left/right/multi-channel)
