The BODF series mechanical defoamer produced by LTPMCHINA uses centrifugal force to break the foam produced in the fermentation process to separate the gas and liquid. The separated foam liquid can be returned to the fermentation tank to reduce the loss of escaping liquid. Working Principle
Its working principle is that the foam enters the working area of the rotor through the inlet of the defoamer, the shear force provided by the high-speed rotor tears the bubbles, and the liquid released by the bubbles is immediately thrown to the wall of the device by centrifugal force and compressed into liquid flow, part of which returns to the fermentation tank, part of which flows to the volute collector through the porous structure of the device wall, and then returns to the fermentation tank through the pipeline.
