Product Description

DESCRIPTION
Bottom mounted aerator
The DAWT series bottom mounted aerator produced by BOAO can be used for oxygen supply and mixing in aerobic treatment of fermentation tanks. It integrates pumps, blowers, and gas-liquid mixing enhancers, and operates completely under the bottom of the tank to ensure oxygen supply without dead corners. It mainly consists of a star shaped impeller, a stator (distributor) surrounding the blades, and an air pipe that is open to the atmosphere. The rotation of the impeller creates a vacuum inside the stator and automatically sucks in air through the air tube. Water and air enter the impeller through the inlet between the rotor and stator, and are fully mixed inside the impeller. The gas is dispersed into small bubbles with a diameter of about 100 microns, forming a huge gas-liquid interface area, achieving efficient oxygen transfer and mixing.
