Guiding devices: To ensure the stability of the drums during lifting and lowering, it is necessary to set up guiding devices,suchas guide wheels and or chutes. The drums are placed through the drums with the guide device to ensure that they will not shake orshift during the lifting process.
X-Axis ±1° Corrected Axis Design Calibration principle: When the mixer is loading and unloading the barrels, the coaxiality between the mixer shaft and the barrel shaft ≤ φ0.05 can be loaded and unloaded. x-axis ±1° correction of the axis can be realized by setting an adjustable support structure on the trolley. When the material barrel is mounted on the cart, by adjusting the angle of the support structure, the axis of the material barrel can be aligned with the axis of the mixer, and the error can be controlled within ±1°.
