This product uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) to program the entire machine, fully automating all processes, from filling and sealing liquids to high-viscosity fluids (pastes) to batch number coding (including the production date). It is ideal for filling and sealing aluminum, plastic, and composite tubes in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and adhesive industries, and complies with GMP regulations.

1) A high-quality LCD display and programmable controller with push-button operation screen provides comprehensive visibility into the machine's operating status, including stepless speed regulation, parameter settings, production statistics, air pressure indication, and fault display, ensuring simple and user-friendly operation.
2) The entire process, including tube feeding, calibration, inert temperature gauge charging (optional), filling, sealing, coding, and finished product export, is fully automated.
3) A high-precision calibration system minimizes color variations between the tube and the color scale.
4) External adjustment points and digital position display ensure quick and accurate adjustments (suitable for production of multiple specifications and varieties).
5) Integrated mechanical, optical, electrical, and pneumatic systems ensure no filling without tubes, automatic display (alarm) for incomplete tube feeding, low air pressure, and automatic shutdown when the protective door is opened.
6) The equipment guarantees a qualified product rate of over 99.5%, unless the scrap rate is due to problems with the customer's tube material.
